Are you tired of looking for the perfect career in Georgia? Can you see yourself working in a medical setting helping others? If you answered "yes" to both the questions, you should consider enrolling in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program?
Requirements to Become a CNA in Georgia
For you to work as a CNA in Georgia, you must first acquire training from a program that is approved by the state. This training should consist of a combination of classroom and clinical instruction and can be obtained from a community college, nursing home, or local Red Cross.
Upon completion of a CNA program, you will need to register and sit for Georgia's CNA exam.
If you successfully pass both sections of the CNA exam, your name will be added to Georgia's Nurse Aide Registry for two years.
